Returns

Please ensure you carefully check the size mentioned in the product specifications before placing your order. Return or refund requests due to size issues will not be accepted.

Customers are required to bear a return shipping charge of ₹120, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

For any damage-related claims, it is mandatory to record a complete 360° unboxing video in clear lighting at the time of receiving the package. This video will serve as proof for damage claims.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Book with visible signs of use.

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be credited within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card provider – it may take time before the refund is processed.

  • Contact your bank – processing delays are common.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Minor color or design variations from the product images shown on our website do not qualify for exchanges.

We will dispatch an order only if the exact product ordered is available. If not, the order will not be shipped.

We provide exchange within 24–48 hours. The replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 days.
